What is the best way to find a trustworthy investor?

I now manage my own properties and have trustworthy employee.

However, I need to have multiple, trustworthy individuals as boots on the ground to support any in person activities or in case things go south.Any more recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.

You attract them with your track record and your trustworthiness. 

In your experience would you be able to lend any referrals that you know are reliable and trustworthy.

It's not a bad place to start to get a broad idea, but there are just too many local variables (not to mention property condition) for an algorithm to be trustworthy.

That's inherently dishonest - and that's not someone that's trustworthy in my estimation.

Make it sound appealing, you’re selling your trustworthiness to the owners.

I have a couple of concerns, one being how have you all been able to find trust worthy contractors?
