This is a GREAT strategy as long as you are CONFIDENT that you will be able to close, and on time.Just make sure you have permission from the Seller and/or the Seller's agent to market the property for rent AND have access to the property to show it to prospective Tenants.

Short Sale means you have to get the permission of the bank to buy the house for less than is owed.NOD is Notice of Default of someone who has stopped paying their mortgage.
