congrats on your success so far...i think in house property management is a great idea, as you can control it, and trust that it's getting done right, instead of outsourcing..not sure about your local laws, but here to manage a property, you either have to have ownership or hold a real estate agent license...so...the person whom you hire will have to either have a license already, you can pay them to take and hopefully pass the class/test, or you could give them 1% ownership in the LLC...i'd rather just hire someone with agent experience..or someone willing to take the class/test, and then you pay for it..good luck!

I totally get your point and I agree with you, that outsourcing the daily landlording tasks will allow me to work "on" rather than "in" my business.
