I am a real estate lawyer, title company owner, realtor trainer, serial entrepreneur, active investor and hard money lender seeking interesting opportunities in Florida.  

After listening to numerous podcasts I decided to take the initiative to also join the PB community and introduce myself.My name is Ruben Austin, a German born entrepreneur.

The RAMS are back in L.A.! Wow and that means opportunity for all real estate investors! Anyone who has any ideas or who would like to brainstorm on buy and hold strategies please feel free to advise. 

I would like to be in an area in which business owners and entrepreneurs would benefit from my services - providing sources of capital for commercial RE development/refinancing, equipment leasing, SBA loans and various other commercial loans and services.

The people who are successful at it are likely to be successful at other business if they had chosen to do those, because they have the entrepreneur spirit and the grit and smarts.

I always knew I would be an entrepreneur because I watched my parents who didn’t speak the English language make it in America!!

There are many out there that may not fit the mold here, but I assure you they are good people, good entrepreneurs,  and good tenants.

Of course I have been an entrepreneur most of my life, so I probably wouldn’t fit very well at a real job anyways.  

Delayed gratification is essential for an entrepreneur.
