Place your folks where they will flourish and give them autonomy and empower them to do their job without looking over their shoulder all the time and micromanaging them.

If you didn't cut this woman off from any opportunities due to your unwillingness to be alone with her, then there's no harm done.For the future... should you meet with women alone?  

Given the address of the ground rent were part of the will how does this women show she in fact inherited these and how does she find the deed of ownership for these.

Resell the crap out of women's clothing I buy from thrift stores.

It has been my experience that recently divorced women tend to be pretty needy on things in rentals. 

Everytime the guy leaves, the women inquires about changing the locks.

I love the number of women that have said nothing.

Think men from Mars, Women from Venus x100...🤣)Also worth noting that just because you don't buy a property from a company that specifically bought the property with the intention of rehabbing it to then tenant and sell it to you means that you are now forced to buy some beat to hell house that needs a major renovation.
