So, if Jesus were to claim a stance on Universal Healthcare, he would likely say that anyone who: - Has a job and is making a concerted effort to get by (even if they are making minimum wage); - Has a disability that prevents them from earning a living; - Is too young to fend for themselves; should probably be entitled to health care, even if they can't afford to provide it for themselves?

., getting "disability" money, when they are perfectly capable of working but don't want to, getting food stamps, taking classes at the community college so they can get free Pell Grants, and student loans that will never be repaid, and none of them have any intention of going to work once school is finished, I know the abuse in the system.

It's not the broker, it's the conventional loan guidelines:Income from boarders in the borrower’s principal residence or second home is not considered acceptable stable income with the exception of the following: When a borrower with disabilities receives rental income from a live-in personal assistant, whether or not that individual is a relative of the borrower, the rental payments can be considered as acceptable stable income in an amount up to 30% of the total gross income that is used to qualify the borrower for the mortgage loan.
