Driving down the street you see some guys doing some work on a property, and you stop, grab your cards, and go talk to them ....When the planning department, courts, and records department clerks wave at you as you walk into the county building...When you drive 2 hours to and from for dinner in San Francisco ...Visiting a friend you start asking them about house prices and if they know of anyone who is trying to sell in the neighborhood ...The guy at the coffee place finally says, you are in here every day, what do you do?

I grew up immersed in real estate, dinner talk was easements, right of ways, surveys,  evictions, Etc.

We had been talking about college at the dinner table a few nights before, and I guess he caught the part about how expensive it is.It warmed this frugal grandma's heart!
