This is a neat topic, a real nitty gritty practical one for real landlords.Just a few to add (granted, I only browsed these, so someone may have mentioned one or two of these) but let's keep this forum fresh and renewed:1) Buy durable, rental condition units up front (nothing fragile, fancy or or too high end).
