If anyone who buys the home has a weakened immune system or respiratory disease, they could react badly to the residual nasties.If it's isolated to the garage and didn't get into the home, completely gut that area down to the studs and seal it with a high quality sealer.

In most cases when I see some body scaling up rapidly they are playing in C and D type properties, again don't get me wrong more power to you if you can do this but since I am a passive investor I prefer trouble free properties in trouble free areas.

Be careful in this... without leases and background checks, they sound like warm body tenants... they're there, but they aren't paying rents and they are likely to be professional tenants.
