My wife is a Physical Therapy Dr. as well as a health/wellness coach and she takes an approach to give the body the proper tools to self heal and people here are more interested in treating symptoms with pills. 

Can't tell if people are living there, as there seems to be a auto body shop operating out of the garage.

If anyone who buys the home has a weakened immune system or respiratory disease, they could react badly to the residual nasties.If it's isolated to the garage and didn't get into the home, completely gut that area down to the studs and seal it with a high quality sealer.

Since every agent with new western is licensed, we are held to the same code of ethics as all realtors in the states we work in, under the governing bodies that manage real estate licensing.

Are you sure whatever government body is there would approve that?

In most cases when I see some body scaling up rapidly they are playing in C and D type properties, again don't get me wrong more power to you if you can do this but since I am a passive investor I prefer trouble free properties in trouble free areas. 

David,As a car guy, I'd say that even not running, if it's a mid-70s era two door and the body is in good shape, you could probably still get a couple thousand for it if you post somewhere like classiccars.com.  

I am currently interested in purchasing a city-owned property, but before I send the city a letter of interest I would like to see if anyone on BP has experience purchasing property from a city (Or government body) and what tips they may have.

Be careful in this... without leases and background checks, they sound like warm body tenants... they're there, but they aren't paying rents and they are likely to be professional tenants. 

If you're young and in this business you need to develop an immunity to insult.
