@Chris Grenier I'm not basing everything off reviews, that's just more of my curiosity as to why these units are so cheap.

This is small loan amounts with short terms.Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced software program that will help me with the accounting process for balloon notes, fixed term and interest only, accrued interest, periodic payments, prepayments and so on?

Do you not pay the new taxes and let them accrue interest at 18%.

At the time interest rates for savings accounts were around 5-6% and the loan was 2% which I didn't have to make a payment on and didn't start accruing interest until 90 days after I commissioned which wasn't for 18 months. 

Out of curiosity, do you have a different lawyer and servicer lined up in each state that you buy notes in or is there any overlap?
