If you do want to respond to all of them, create a simple generic message you can cut/paste to save time.

Next, you have received good advice here so mine is going to be generic.

I.E. a good generic independent contractor agreement, a insurance and indemnification agreement, a good lien waiver, etc. 

The sellers respond to these very well compared to the response rate you would get with a large mailing list and a generic letter.
