Hey everyone, has anyone had any experience in adding a 2nd entrance (door) to an existing garden unit, we have a garden unit that only has 1 entrance and we would like to either add a back or side door, has anyone done this before and what are the potential issues?

What I can think of so far:Pros:- Convenience- Build relationship with neighbor - If things work out, can use him for small fixes on a day to day - Potentially develop garden suite together down the road- I know where he lives so he's less likely to run off with my money?

Out of these I feel the most drawn to Des Moines, I just visited there last week and really enjoyed my time visiting the downtown market as well as the botanical garden.

For example: rental tenant cover letter. she Loves the beach view. has a cat. gardens and the porch/ patio is perfect for coffee. short letter. 

I would try to find some contacts in Garden City, KS who may be interested. 

You can try to invest in rental properties in any of the college areas surrounding UNCG or Greensboro College (Tate St, spring garden, Milton, etc) if you wanted to go the route of student rentals then Greensboro is definitely the place as there are 7 colleges and universities in the city.
