I did manage to uncover less than reassuring past business affiliations of many Renatus principals through a succession of related MLM organisations starting with Global Prosperity Group (GPG) flowing through such entities Tru Dynamics, Liberty League International and Nouveau Riche.

The internet is global.

Just look at the global data, things are slowing down.Consumer's sentiment in the states has also started going down.The biggest issue that I see is that the Fed is trying to alter the natural cycle by cutting rates now.

Three have pretty much knocked themselves off my radar because they hit too hard and it seemed WAY too easy BUT with fees UP-FRONT... yeah, fishy: Aquila Loans, Weston Curtis at Brownstone Global Lending, Mavis Adrew at Lendmark Financial Services.

The property is 5 miles from a large university, and a little closer to the majority of a relatively vibrant tourist area.

I'm exploring the possibility of using a 506c offering to raise money from accredited investors for our new global real estate fund.
