Just want to hone in my target demo groups.

These things happen but they don’t have to.Now we are displaced for over a year while we await the demo and reconstruction of our home.

I'm split-testing some decommissioned panels from a CA power plant ($65 each for 315W) that need chips repaired in the glass, versus some new demo units for $170/each for 300W. 

And the demo begins with removing the cat litter carpets. 

That would not be cheap, around me is $1/installed ft2 (not floor area ft2), not including demo. 

This is how we do it for a typical project that is pretty much a cosmetic overhaul:Our main crew (who all work for the same company) are generally the first on the job, and for the first several days, they do demo, exterior repairs (siding, trim, gutters, soffit/fascia), interior repairs (sheetrock repairs, doors, etc), and then paint the entire interior and exterior.

I actually participated in a demo last night with someone from this site and thought it was pretty cool.

You can changed the lock and enter the property to do some minor demo.

They did a demo for me yesterday and it looked fine to me. 

We have a $3,000 quote to demo it and fill it in.
