I recently heard that there is a casino opening soon in Schenectady, how do you think this will affect the market near you?

I am very excited about starting a fix-and-flip business but I must be honest, my husband is rather conservative and isn't thrilled with the risk I want to take.  

Are you against casinos, because some people get addicted to gambling?

I need to find a property manager in Birmingham, AL, as I’m not thrilled with my current management.

Also, the area around Erie Blvd has seen a lot of growth, including the new casino that opened not too long ago.

In order to get my business going, I ended up creating an LLC last night, so I am thrilled that you advised to go that route!

They are bringing in a major hospital and a casino which I think looks good.

Personally I'd be thrilled if my agent drove a beater.
