My second property is a 5 acre horse property here in Fallon, NV that is now my primary residence and I financed that using a 5% down conventional loan.My current goals are to have 5-10 rental properties by the time I retire from the Navy in 7-8 years to supplement the income I will loose once I retire so that I will not "have" to work again.

Just want a couple houses to supplement retirement?  

Business is booming here as I work in remodels and repairs while supplementing my investment properties.

Did you have a side hustle to supplement your W-2 income?

House hacking income is supposed to supplement your payment, if it overtakes it - fantastic!

Also advertising on FurnishedFinder, Craigslist, and Facebook will help to supplement.

They are told not to leave > 1/2 tank Option 3 which we are on  now is we bought a 100lb tank and fill it at the beginning included that as a bonus and if they want to fill again they can take it for a fill but it is a supplemental heat source, they are students and one of them has a hummer....

I also plan on purchasing a multi unit within the year and house-hack my first home to supplement my income and hopefully lead to a larger portfolio while still in my 20s. 

Cleared $102.5k after all costs and also set aside a few thousands for the supplement property tax bills.

What I found really helpful were the forms and documents that supplemented the video lessons.
