I'm hoping Tommy stops responding until he seeks counsel but for any others reading this buffed floors aside I think he's also in trouble for the comment about the house "not having a ramp" which implies they can't or shouldn't rent there due to a disability.

I strongly recommend taking a crash course from someone like RE Trainers before the exam - I do not think I would have passed the first time without taking their weekend course and studying their flash cards and app.I also second Christopher in asking what the heck the T method is???
