[I just wrote this whole big post with details and my impressions of the house, but I realized none of it is relevant to the question, so I deleted it all.]Anyway, during the walk through, the realtor kept insisting that the seller was very motivated, and every time she said it, she would lean on the "very" harder and harder.

You could send a one time use to other phones, set time limits, delete codes and still use a key.

I also have personal knowledge that this wholesaler has this track record and is why I made an example of them here in this thread.Fear not, I look at wholesale deals all the time and when they are crap, I just delete them.

If they put a bad review and it's unfair airbnb will support and delete it or even more they will block the possibility to leave a review.Don't let them get away with this, they will do it again somewhere else
