Said he was out of town for two weeks would get it when he was in town, nothing in September texted and called again nothing from seller and again the same thing in October and again in December got a response that he would get payoff now it’s January and past the due date to pay for home under purchase option and we had the funds already and told him so and was ready to get cashiers check to pay and now it’s too late and suppose to meet him today cause he saying we haven’t read the contract which I think he going on the past December and past the deadline now but not at our fault we had the funds and he knew that but he wouldn’t respond.

Generally speaking, they just pay the rent, they are very grateful for what they are getting, and will not try to sue you for going over your 21 day disposition deadline or some thing silly like that.

BP put out a new one regarding How to improve your Focus ( which I definitely struggle with) by implementing different strategies, one of which is an accountability partner.Would anyone be interested in putting together a small group to: 1) Discuss goals and more importantly actionable steps to achieve those goals by a certain deadline (30-60-90 days)2) Hold each other accountable for those actionable steps Nothing too time consuming or formal ( text-email, google hangout, FB group etc...)

The county imposing a mandatory fee, deadline, and penalties, without even knowing what their own standards are, and with admittedly no intent to inspect and enforce, certainly smells disingenuous, to put it nicely.
