Not to beat a dead horse, I agree with most of the observations in this thread.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. 

But they have to allow service animals (dog or small horse only) that helps someone with a physical disability.And ESAs, unfortunately, don't have to have any special training.

I can do it on my phone so can be sitting on my horse signing a lease, or approving an application :)Also, i dont take checks or cash.

For example, service horses are federally recognized as a service animal.

Years ago I was doing a flip in Seattle and there was a house down the street that was boarded up but I could look through the boards and I saw old sheetrock, some deteriorating plywood and some scraps laying around some saw horses and a thick layer of dust.
