If you are renting a room in the house my advise is to seek out multiple Agents, Independent (multiple) carriers and Captive (only write one carrier like Nationwide) and see if any of them can cover that situation.

The cell phone carriers are setting 5G networks. 5G will cause, IMHO, massive innovation, just as 3G and 4G did before it.

Insurance rates here vary considerably by carrier. 

Insurance carriers are not created equal.

I can tell you that I know of 1 national insurance carrier who will write commercial flood.
