The people's republic of Massachusetts is incredibly slanted in favor of the tenant, it has a huge number of professional tenants who know way more about this than you do, and the courts love to hand out triple damages against the landlord for tiny infractions. 

Another tiny point but it's different than leases to CPAs.

I have one home with two mortgages, one tiny small business, and one 150k income.

@Christopher Parsons I know in Vegas, developers have to squeeze inside tiny lots to make the most $$ for every inch.Also it cost some multiple thousands of dollars to hook up water to your lot if it’s never been done before(which it hasn’t obv) Dunno, cool question man, gonna follow post Good luck!

Of the 100 properties I've looked up on the county site, I've found that about half are commercial properties or tiny plots of land - not worth calling.

I explained that even though they use tiny percentages, it adds up to a lot of money. 

They believe to have a found a tiny amount of mold, but otherwise no big issues.Tenant calls complaining to property manager, threatening lawsuits and says he's feeling all of these illnesses and it must be because of mold.He says his health is at risk and demands ALL of his money back spent on the property.Because of all the drama over the last few months - they offer him a sweetheart deal because I can't take the stress any longer - ALL of his money back, which is about 4 months rent, all of his deposits back and help in finding him a new place.

It's tiny, but with a tiny price tag and the land value is worth more than the park.
