An alarm system on the coin boxes would be a good idea as well.

Tenant has altered the house without permission (including but not limited to removing all smoke alarms). 

Nothing alarming in this.

I am seeing an increasing and alarming trend on our site, yes it's our community!  

The doors & spring loaded hinges are being done now and we have budgeted to have a fire alarm system installed as well which we already have a quote for. 

At the top of the quote it says this:"The insurer with whom this insurance is to be place is not admitted to transact business in the Commonwealth and is subject to limited regulation by the department; and, in the event of insolvency of the insurer, losses will not be paid by the Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association"Does this ring any alarms?

This was alarming to me because i plan to sell right when we are finished with the construction and rehab.  

They are suing for lose toilet, no screen on a window, non-working outlet in bathroom, pests, hall light not working (light bulb needed to be replaced) and non-functioning smoke alarm (they never replaced the batteries).

These news are alarming, but if we decide to wait, then we might be waiting forever.
