So glad to be a part of such an awesome resource for people to come and soak up knowledge from some of the most experienced investors in the country! 

Right now I'm just trying to soak up all the terminology and information but it's very interesting.

I've been soaking up these posts here on BP like a sponge.

Listen to the pod casts, and forums and soak it in,these are people that are in the trenches every day doing deals.

Looking forward to networking and meeting new people and to soak up some knowledge.

But, a careless tenant can ruin it quckly with gouges or leaving spills to soak into the cracks.My recommendation would be good old oak hardwood.

Thanks @Michael Gansberg, @Keith Goodwine, @Gail Kaitschuck, and @Kacper LastowieckiI had the expert back again Tuesday night and he claims he super-soaked it with his best stuff and fogged the snot out of it to where there was 10-foot visibility within the house.  

Our leases spell out: No swimming pools, no soaking tubs, no hot tubs, no trampolines, no fire pits....under any circumstance.

Soaked basement?

Since I have been unable to find a paying job, I have spent the last 8 months as an unpaid intern with a local buy and hold investor and have been soaking up as much knowledge as I can (I also just recently got my sales associate license!).
