Hi Sidney, thanks for your comment — I hear what you're saying and I asked a similar question in one of my above posts.It sounds like NACA's vision is for buyers to live in the property longterm.

Small businesses that have been in business a while have a go to guy at a bank, get that go to guy's name and number and you are half-way there.Next, you have to meet, share your "vision" and provide financials, but that is a story for a differ thread.

Here's a thought for you guys...wish it were mine, but it's Helen Keller:"The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision."

I did ultimately end up flipping a house, and he gave me a bid on the job, but I didn't end up using him because our visions didn't exactly match up.
