Way to lock it up fast and strike while the iron was hot.

Ironically illegal immigrants that don't posses a SS# are on the rise and it's violation of Fair Housing Laws to discriminate against not proving a SS# if an applicant does not possess a SS#.

I'm not sure how old the house is but we have issues with cast iron pipes down here and also polybutelene pipe that like to rupture in the walls.

Is there a iron clad case study/statue regarding this matter?

I am looking to connect with some people to iron out my strategy.  

Ironically I do animal rescue myself and have far too many cats and dogs.

Ironically the woman lived locally and I asked her why she didn't want to see the rental first before sending a complete stranger these funds and she said she was so desperate for a rental that she just went ahead and forwarded the money.

Kind of like a submarine, if you give them horizontal space, they will find something to store there.So in my mind cornrrs are acceptable, though not as 100% from scratch prep areas.Way back, an older lady made me a fresh tortilla (which I love), she used the area between the burners to flatten the dough ball, before tossing it onto the cast iron cooking pan.
