We signed onto AF about 2 years ago and we almost have a small grip on how to use it.

Our goal is to raise between $5 to $20 million so that we can continue to value enhance and market the project.

It would be a very good enhancement to be able to apply the coupon as a landlord when designating the applicant pays so that the codes (especially those that are provided as incentives for memberships etc) don't get distributed outside those that should have them.
