Maybe she didn't read the whole ad, or maybe she just forgot (you read a lot of rental listings when looking for an apartment), but from the way Chris wrote his post, it sounds like the prospective tenant genuinely didn't know there were no pets allowed.  

I was honestly asking your opinion on zestimate and why you seemed to be holding it in such high regard as I dont see any use for it at all.I think you're doing the right thing - you have an opinion on something and are attempting to alert your fellow BP members.Right or wrong, your intentions are genuine.

I'm trying to strike the right balance of someone not wasting time but also not overcharging for an application -> if I charge $25 for the application and TUSH charges $40 for the background screening, i could see an applicant shying away from that kind of entry "fee" or being genuinely upset if they aren't chosen from the get-go.

The reason we come to the USA is your values are so low so you can do more with less money and you have genuine positive cashflow, which is largely gone in the West.

I still find myself blown away by the integrity and genuine nature of this sites owners and its members.

You know your present tenant’s habits and attitudes.Personally, I listen to what the tenant is saying and consider the payment history of the tenant.Is the tenant’s problems genuine.

Bill Gulley -Good suggestions, thanks...The guy I spoke with this morning was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in being helpful, but he certainly didn't know the rules offhand.

The point was, people like him, that genuinely need the HAND UP, as govt. programs were meant to do are now left behind, while the drug addicts and others that play the system get the money.

I believe Marko has a good program & I feel he is genuine but you are not provided everything you need.
