If a house has the old 12x12 tiles, a flipper will typically demo it out and put new wood look flooring either tile, engineered hard wood or LVP.

Hi Isaac,The waste lines and water supply lines are probably burred in the walls--ask how much plaster will be demo-ed and if the estimate involves replacing the damaged wall areas.Good Luck!

After demo I found out it was knob-and-tube.

During the summer we are frequently dealing with popped circuit breakers and outlets going out, which is the result of an overdrawn system.An electrician was called out and he wants to demo and install a completely new electrical system (2) new 20 amp gfi circuits in the kitchens, and (1) new 20 amp. gfi circuit in the bathrooms, of each unit and gave a proposal.Have any of you had a similar experience.

In the bathroom, you can lay a floating vinyl plank floor over the old tile with no demo in most cases. 

I have tiling around the tub and not ready to do a complete demo.

We demoed the house, spread grass seed and straw!
