Frankly, there's not enough of us to be worth marketing specifically to, especially because you have a deadline.  

I use Monday.com It allows you to create workflow and assign tasks and deadlines plus you can share it with contractors etc.

It takes a while for them to get up to speed and the 1st of the month is very busy for them so you want to have your ducks in a row from the get go.Something to keep in mind, just because you give a tenant notice doesn't mean they will move by the deadline.

The deadline they have to buy is very short as well.

Either you know or you don't and if you don't, commenting on it just wastes everyone's time.I went to college and typing on this forum is about as close I get to utilizing my computer science degree, but I've often said that college prepares students for the world by teaching them how to problem solve and meet deadlines.

Whatever you do, do NOT miss a filing deadline. 

I think it is more important to have solid procedures in the event that the rent is not paid by the late payment deadline.

Please understand we are incredibly busy this time of year as there are strict deadlines.

My question is, if I have my lawyer submit a written notice tomorrow (on the 10 day deadline) claiming that I as the purchase inspected the property within the 5 day requirement from the acceptance date, can I then use an official inspection report that was provided on the 10th day as my supporting evidence,  even though the “official” inspection took place after the 5 day deadline?

I've got deadlines and need to get going on this project.
