As a matter of fact, one of my strategies this time around will be to buy rentals right outside of military bases.I had an Air Force family rent from me in '04-05; greatest tenants you could ask for (plus you can always go back and complain to their command - you will get paid).

Lori my wife lists all of our homes)  right now were are building a 27 homes subdivision price points 350 to 400k.. so we have very good command and control over our product.. in our market to sell new construction I would have to pay 2 points on the list side and 2.5 on the sell side.. so I save 7 to 8k per house..
