My quesion is: If anyone can recommend on an inspector that can run inspections on all 3 houses including - Pest test- Well test- Septic system test - Lake test (the land has 3 lakes)By the way, the inspector can be from other places in NC not just Polk County (we want an objective professional who is not affiliated with brokers/owners etc..)That would be more than helpful.

The larger, reoccurring costs are associated with maintaining a license, insurance and affiliation with an association and MLS service that provides you access to the information. 

Affinity Insurance is one that @Tim Norris is affiliated with.

If that is the case I would think that you own him the fee as in my experience, whenever affiliates have brought us a buyer we have to pay the affiliate.  

I am hoping to get my license within the next 2-3 months, but have not heard too much about the local Pre-licensing classes, or the New Affiliate classes in our area. 

Military-affiliated banks and credit unions will also typically have good rates.

I did sign up to be an affiliate of a program to market their education products, but after three months or thinking about it, I realize I want to focus my efforts on making money investing, not being a salesperson.So that's me!
