Assuming rent is not extraordinary like +35% income, (casually ask if their employment situation is unchanged from what is on their application) the court will restructure other debt based, at least partially, on whats left after paying for necessities like housing, food, student loans, clothing and transportation for employment.

The purpose of the suits are to prevent mold spores from attaching them selves to the people's clothes and then they take it home to contaminate their home and family.People with respiratory ailments are particularly susceptible to mold.Scrubbing and cleaning the surface does not always remove the mold as there can be mold on the back side of drywall ion the wall cavities.

If they've left clothes and other belongings behind, you may want to document them and bag them up as the law does require storage of items for 30 days, at which point you can donate, sell, or throw away.
