Maybe she’s just NOT your girl.

When I was younger we purchased a house that was on the market forever because a girl hung herself in one of the rooms and they had to disclose.

I have considered paying the girl to move out but I don't know if it would speed up her departure. 

Young girl (not on the lease) was there and wouldn't open the door...The tenant has relatives living in a building across the street.  

I'm a girl and I like sparkly things.

Girl has moved out and is living with her sister. 

How do u guys/girls keep all the transactions organized / within the llc name .... hopefully my question makes sense

That would make that person a naughty boy/girl but I also know that there are always disagreements between a tax payer and the tax man. ;-) He might have simply contested a bill by his state government and ended up with that lien.

I had a team of 6  boy girl 3 teams.. we knocked every NOD in our 4 county metro area.. over 400 doors a month.. and again we did quite well at it.. they would set it up for me to do the close.

It might still be a bit risky to some, but everything else was checking out on this girl, so I went for it.
