Since I wasn't sure how to address the issue, I reached out to the Property Manager that manages one of my properties in Indiana and here was the feedback in a nutshell...which is in line with @Drew Sygit"We do not lease to businesses.

@Drew Kai  I'd let it go, but not before reporting him to the Better Business Bureau (not that it will do much good), give him honest reviews on any website with reviews. 

If not, I'd reach out to @Drew Fein.

Now if this property has sentimental value for you, then rehab it, rent it out (careful with the tenants in this area), hire a good property manager like @Drew Sygit and hopefully, the area will improve over time.
