Ironically the woman lived locally and I asked her why she didn't want to see the rental first before sending a complete stranger these funds and she said she was so desperate for a rental that she just went ahead and forwarded the money.

Kind of like a submarine, if you give them horizontal space, they will find something to store there.So in my mind cornrrs are acceptable, though not as 100% from scratch prep areas.Way back, an older lady made me a fresh tortilla (which I love), she used the area between the burners to flatten the dough ball, before tossing it onto the cast iron cooking pan.
