I bet it would kick *** as the top doll hair option.

plus the surgery you'll need to take the hair on the back of your head and use it to replace all the hair you lose on top during the process can be quite expensive...

So while you need to make it detailed and have a clear strategy for what you intend to do with their money, just be aware that greased back hair and a big smile will not just make them open their wallets up.

And as always without concrete proof, I, like most others here will just be blowing hot hair.

@Lauren Munar  I've had a couple of transplants from LA film industry as tenants.  

He is a bald head man weighing about 250 and she wears her hair various ways but is currently wearing braids and she weighs about 145.

when I was doing foreclosure rescue ( when it was legal in WA and OR ) we self closed all of those .. although it was hair on fire  and of course no title insurance.. but it was the business 

Replace battery is necessary.(9) Test/Reset GFCI receptacles.(10) Test outside hose bibs and main shutoff valve.(11) Visual inspection of ceiling for stains.(12) Replace burnt out light bulbs for elderly tenants with no ladder.Then every 6 month or so I would do a few additional things such as wash down AC compressor coil; open the tub drain and bathroom lav drain stopper and tease out the hair down there; may be do a test load of wash and dry if I have some dirty rags in the back of my vehicle; get on the roof for a visual check, open the main sewer cleanout outside and shine a flash light down, and obviously I emailed tenants before each visit to see if they need me to look at anything. 

The flow of transplants from the Bay Area is increasing due to Clovid, Bay Area rents have some impact but a lot of people are just over it and want to be in a less population dense area.

But I will tell you that if you view BP with a grain of salt, it can be immensely valuable, granted some of the investing strategies and theories can seem hair-brained at times.
