Depends on your goals, but my home market is Indianapolis, Indiana and it's absolutely thriving; there are many CA/NY investors flocking here.

Also, I would suggest taking extra caution with our local wholesaler community, I think Columbus' thriving market is bringing out some pretty bad patterns.
