Just imagine how many more times these sensitive creatures would have been offended over the course of the lease term.

Also pretty sure there is a period of time for which you need to retain applications and properly/securely maintain background/credit checks as they contain sensitive and personal identifying information.

I have a super sensitive tenant.

if she can figure out a way to get a court to have you removed from the property (restraining order etc etc,) she can tear the house to pieces in your absence. 

I had one tenant who reacted badly to the concrete sealer used on pet urine.Putting the choice on the tenant so they can take sensitivities into account is far better, IMO.

They have one misdemeanor of theft from 2013, and their Grandparents have a restraining order against her.

A few pros: Easier management, lower repairs, lower capital expenditures, quicker turnover between tenancies.A few cons: Special assessments (Not super common in our metro area in large condo projects), more sensitive to economic downturns, more turnover than sfh, rising condo feesI personally own several condos in my portfolio, and they are my easiest properties to manage.  

February we started with the eviction process since she didn't move nor pay febs rent. fast forward to end of march.my in-laws came back from Florida and they were staying with us. there was an issue with the some rotten food of hers in the fridge that was thrown out and she decided it would be OK to start thrashing the place throwing things and finally assaulting my mother in law. the cops was called and she got charged with elderly abuse and spent 2 nights in jail.my mother in law was able to get a restraining order against her for a year and she is not allowed into the house because that is where my mother inlaw is staying. her belongings are still there.we went to court this past Tuesday for the eviction and the judge was not there. while speaking with the mediator, she is alleging that she cant find a place and wants 60 days in order to find something. my lawyer said "what makes you think you can live there when, you never paid, you assaulted someone living there and you still have not found a place to live?'

That's me though I am told  I a bit noise sensitive- must be  due to growing up in close proximity to  the NJ turnpike. 

Or am I being over sensitive?
