I'm in the process of hanging my bandit signs but I don't know what glue is it that people use to hang on metal poles. 

I lived there for a time and met all my gardeners, handymen, plumbers, and electricians.

Since then I've learned a lot and recently denied 4 applicants for a recent vacancy I had before I found someone that I felt comfortable with and met all of my qualifications. 

@John Place, I have an associates in Applied Sciences in Metals Technology using Tuition Assistance, and I'm about 65% done with a bachelor's in Project Management (I may look into switching over to Project Management with an emphasis on the Construction side of things).

Does anyone know a general cost on a metal building of that sort?

Then complained to the USPS that we had the incorrect mailbox design as these were old home made barn look classics made by the original farmer/owner, so we made it a bird house & got her the USPS compliant cheap grey metal one. 

Metal rather than plastic hoses to connect all plumbing (washer, toilets, sinks, etc.).

I always thought that the tenants would then let small problems become bigger problems if they were responsible for the smaller problems.The good news is if you look around, you can find these with the arms still made of metal. 

Piles of scrap metal, hubcaps, discarded grills and appliances, etc, all piled 5+ feet high in front of the house.We never even got out of the car.
