As of right now, I have read 3 books and have listened to countless hours of podcasts trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. 

Also, I have read COUNTLESS threads on this site where people praise yellowletters.com and get great results otherwise I would not even do it.Anybody else have some input as to this?

I've spoken to countless homeowner's and they all say the same thing about mailers, " I get dozens of mail from people saying they want to pay cash for my house and I just throw em in the trash .

But here on BiggerPockets and on countless podcasts and YouTube videos there are testimonials and accounts of people who have done it.

There are countless short-term rentals sitting empty there. 

There are countless members on this forum who would not mind in the slightest to give you some input on any deal you are considering.

I have warned countless people that the "new", "Cheapest", and "shaking up the insurance market" carriers typically come into the market under priced, have a wave of claims, then they either jack up premiums to survive or fire their staff to keep heads above water.

This of course doesn't include the countless of phone calls we get.. you know what?

I track a large sampling of winning bids each week and have spent countless hours to see if there is a new formula but frankly there is no current pattern that I can detect.
