However, I can understand how some investors may have a bad rap with wholesalers because I would imagine for every 1 ethical wholesaler, there are 10 unethical ones as well.As @Chris Clothier stated, wholesalers spend countless dollars along with man hours to create these deals for investors.

What I've digested is that wholesaling is indeed HARD WORK and you're going to have to grind and put in the countless hours to find deals and motivated sellers to get those contracts.

Even if no leads come in; we always get calls, as mailers always anger some people and we always get countless calls asking for us to remove them from our mailing list.
