It's a different culture.     

There sometimes feels like the cultural dynamism is lacking but I would have the hunch it'd be a solid bet on its long term outlook. 

Of course there are two sides to that - KW is very collaberative in culture, which makes me the go-to for any commercial leads.

You are bound to have a bit of culture shock!  

At the heart of this issue is the fact that Americans have a culture of buying too many things and we can’t seem to get rid of most of it.

You can still find the old contemporary houses in the 100's though.

That culture was visible years before covid and predictable.

Another bonus is diversity: an area with lower owner occupancy rates will tend to be more diverse, so your kids will have the good fortune of being exposed to cultures other than their own.

Tenants come from different life situations sometimes creating a culture of mediocrity.

But in mind that this has created a culture where my tenant is $1200 behind in rent and they are making an additional $618 in fees.
