I'm looking for recommendations for contractors in southeast michigan, specifically Livingston county.Rehab of Kitchens and Baths, flooring and paint in 1 and 2 bed apts.I have a property that I need to get quotes for and need a contractor that is familiar with this type of work.Any help is appreciated.

For decades younger families have been moving from the Northeast and Midwest into the Southeast and Texas.

Long term I would like to build out a property management team and acquire class B/C multifamily in the mid-Atlantic and southeast regions.

Is there anyone in the southeast valley of the Phoenix area generous enough to mentor a protege in real estate investing?  

I grew up in a small town southeast of Kansas City, graduated college from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and had my first job out of school at Cerner in North KC.

I may be able to help you with referrals for your PM or agent needs, but I am basically only familiar with the southeast valley - Mesa, Chandler, Tempe areas.

Thomasville, which is 10-15 mins north seems to have a little more growth, or High Rock lake which is 10-15 mins southeast.
