I like the paper trail just as well so i can go back and look at the checks that the bank shows on my statements.The roofer was paid by check for both roofs.  

We have personally done a short-term rental previously at Lake Naomi Club/Timber Trails.

There are trails here that go through the neighborhood.  

Some of my funnest (& most strenuous) workouts were when my boys were little and I pushed or pulled them on the trail.

Yes, it is complicated.I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I give the seller cash and the seller has hurdles beyond the closing such as their SSN showing up on transfer documents, then that becomes their issues...not mine.My cash would have a paper trail of being withdrawn from the bank.
