Something is seriously wrong here the supply chain issues I thought were cleared up here.

And look; I am not breaking your back here - don't get me wrong.

They simply skip over/ignore concepts like vulnerable persons, equity skimming, equity stripping, bank fraud, wire fraud, mortgage fraud, escrow and closing, etc  It's now the "thing" to do.What could go wrong?

I knew there was something wrong when they didn’t have a Facebook community to join like they said they did.

I just mean to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with their business plan, their operational expertise, and so on, so unless something melts the economy down, it seems as though Brian integrity of the operators is the only remaining variable. 

There's no wrong way, as long as it makes sense for YOU.

A lot of other things could have gone wrong but luckily I have had great tenants and now a small cash flow.

Nothing wrong with it in your guidebook as well though for a small page or section!  

They are honestly horrible and this is not the first story I’ve heard of them doing investors wrong.

Nothing wrong with wanting to scale and grow but you want to do it steadily.
