I could also think of a few brokerages like New Western that might be interested if they are not already doing something like that. 

It is likely that in most markets away from the west coast, they will see growth in population and increase in values.

We have looked and made offers at emerald coast and are looking in the CA sierras currently.  

That being said, I'm getting a lot of inquiries from unseasoned investors about the "flood" (pun intended) of new opportunities on Florida's West Coast.

I see an NMLS ID, and OR lic ID on closing docs, but company is based on east coast.
