On the western side, you're close-ish to Breckenridge and other hot Colorado ski areas.Just a few thoughts there.  

I only looked at two projects in Jacksonville, the Western Way quads and the Jammes Road quads.

I won't buy in western WA or WA in general.

@Nicholas AiolaYou just made my day and helped me see a way to a retirement on a Greek island from Section 8 housing in western Pennsylvania.

These tend to be mostly inland and mid-western cities, away from the coast, but definitely not all of them.I think these markets will deliver a good combination of rising home values, rising rents and cash flow.

There's plenty of Markets from Western PA all the way to the western border of Indiana that offer great entry points, affordable rehab costs, antiquated houses, emerging neighborhoods.
