Anyone done anything like this with Propwire with success?

Cleveland is a great market to invest in as well if you're looking for that higher cash-flow.

Also lender and banks should have confirmation during purchase as well as appraiser 

(Except something like 1/2 of a duplex where the rental 1/2 is worth as much as your exchange.).

Seems like a hassle to remove cameras from inside every time a guest is coming.Outdoor cameras are good for near the front door but otherwise keep them out of areas people will gather or near pools/hottubs.I have the Eufy cameras (solar) near the door and Schlage Connect Z Wave locks.

But a really good property, for what you can afford, in a good location like Charleston and wait. 

Of those two, I actually like the first one better because you have a competitive advantage to that market and the amenities you could provide.

I feel like you've been given some awful advice in this thread.Husband and wife were both tenants.

I guess there has also been talk of moving some government entities out of Washington, like the FBI.How does all that factor into your analysis?
