Greg,You are correct I made some opinions based on reviews and a youtube video I watched where the first thing the gentleman said is "We are Not a lender".

One golden rule I follow,if it takes a long time to fix/replace when it breaks, don't buy a cheap one.Imagine, this thing breaks in the middle of your peak season and the people who can come out to rebuild are 2 weeks out....It takes at least a day or two to build something like this even if you are super skilled.

Previously though most of the MTRs stayed 3-6 months, so we've averaged about 3 turns per year, with about 1 week between tenants. 

I work 11-12 hour shifts, five days a week, in a demanding role, leaving me with little free time.

If this were a Real Estate secured note,  a note broker or flipper might offer you up to about 65% of the remaining balance whereas an investor who is building passive income streams week offer up to about 90%. 

I closed one for a 2-unit on the West side last week.

The project took 6-7 months, and while we made $143,585 when we sold the house for $560,000, we could have made close to the same amount in a few weeks with less hassle.The big takeaway?

For evidence, make a video of you standing outside with a decibel meter.
